The recent market trends look quite promising if you want to buy houses on Bonaire. Recent repor ts say that 68.57% of the houses on Bonaire got sold at a higher rate compared to the price listed. It is not a surprise considering the improvement in the annual salary structure of the island in the last 10 years or so.
